Walnut Caramel Cheesecake
How was everyone's Christmas dinners? Another year is about to end, thank goodness I finally perfected my own version of cheesecake just in time for our Noche Buena! I have tried and failed a lot of time before I was able to achieve this Walnut Caramel Cheesecake. I wanted to serve my family something special for dessert since I was assigned for our dessert so ta-daaaah!
Since I baked this cheesecake from scratch, I had to go to grocery stores and baking equipment place first. I first went to a near-by grocery store to buy ingredients, however the cream cheese I need was out of stock and they do not sell walnuts or any nuts which I need in garnishing my cheesecake, so I ran to this little store inside the village next to ours to buy the ingredients I need. This little store called Dough it All sells a variety of baking needs such as baking ingredients, baking tools, cake decorations and packaging.
When I finally got all the things I need I started baking!
